Teachers sacked due to misconduct - school board

KOTA KINABALU: Sekolah Menengah Kian Kok and the board of directors have the right to take action against teachers who are unwilling to cooperate. SM Kian Kok principal Lim Chian said the procedures taken by the school to terminate the teachers' employment were legal and agreed upon by the Ministry of Education.
