KUALA LUMPUR, 17/05/2021: Senior Education Minister Datuk Dr Radzi Jidin described the enforcement of the Movement Control Order (MCO) following the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic as a blessing in disguise as teachers in the country began to improve their digital skills in order to impart knowledge to students.
