Introduction To improve
any production process, all production equipment need to be sustained
at an optimum conditions. The equipment needs to run smoothly with Zero
Downtime and Produce Zero Defect. Such condition can only be achieved
if a proper, effective and efficient maintenance system is done. Conventional
Time-based and Trial and Error method is not applicable in today's machines
and equipment. We need a proper and cost effective system of Plant Maintenance
Practices to ensure Zero Breakdown and for the machines. This will enhance
our companys profitability, competitiveness and positive economy

TQC, SPC, productivity and TPM training/consultations, Industrial Statistical
Application and Design of Experiments Training and implementation. Sim
