Course Duration

2 Days.

Objectives

To enable participants to understand the basic principles of DOE and the approach to apply them in a real life environment.

Training Methodology

Experiments are usually performed either on a trial and error basis or through a systematic approach. Design of Experiments (DOE) is related to the latter method and it is more effective to solve problems or to enhance performance (such as yields, productivity efficiency, optimization, etc.). The principles and the basic approach to conduct DOEs are provided in the course.

Who Should Attend

The course is designed for engineers and managers from production, process and quality departments with prior knowledge of statistical inferences.

Resource Person

Mr. Leon Choo is a Principle Consultant of Prospero Management Consultants. He is also a Certified Quality Engineer (IQE) for ISO 9000 has 16 years experience in various companies in Australia and New Zealand.
