Introduction

At the end of this course, participants should have a clearer understanding of the power of teamwork and the important pre-requisites for the establishment of high performance teams. Participants will also learn to identify the various stages of team development and provide the necessary guidelines and encouragement to the teams at each stage of their growth . In addition, participants will understand the importance of team skills such as Effective Meeting Management, the 7 QC Tools and the 7 Step Problem Solving Technique. The vital role of Team Leaders and Facilitators is another important area that will be highlighted during this session. Participants will also learn how to establish an effective appraisal and rewards system to ensure the continuity and progress of teams in their respective organizations.
