Training Methodology

As this course is technically oriented, numerous exercises will be given during the session. Training methodology includes case studies, lecture, problem solving, exercises and small work group activities.

Who Should Attend

Process control personnel such as Engineers & Supervisors. Also useful for Quality Professional, SPC Coordinators, Supplier Quality Engineers and any personnel who calculates and reports measures of process capability.

Basic knowledge of Control Charts is desirable but not necessary.
A Scientific calculator is needed for this course.

Resource Person

Sim Lam Thong has a bachelor degree in Mathematics/Physics and has more than 14 years of vigorous involvement in TQC/TPM activities, problem solving and Management training. He is specialized in quality, TWC, SPC, productivity and TPM training/Consultants, Industrial Statistical Application and Design of Experiments Training and implementation. Sim has been consulting for many multinationals such as Hewlett Packard, Seagate, ICI Products, Acer and many more.
