Introduction Feedback is the information provided or gathered to reflect on the effectiveness of a certain action, system or person. It is an important factor in an organization to ensure that performance is constantly reviewed and improved. Failure to give and received feedback effectively will result in inefficiency in achieving improvement, or even causing misunderstanding and subsequently estranged working relationship Course Duration 1 Day.
