Introduction

Feedback is the information provided or gathered to reflect on the effectiveness of a certain action, system or person. It is an important factor in an organization to ensure that performance is constantly reviewed and improved. Failure to give and received feedback effectively will result in inefficiency in achieving improvement, or even causing misunderstanding and subsequently estranged working relationship

Objectives

This course is designed to help the participants to acquire practical skills and knowledge in giving and receiving feedback, particularly the following:

  • Giving constructive feedback
  • Effectively using questions to obtain useful information in the process of giving feedback
  • Receiving feedback and applying it for improvement

Chong Siaw Fung M.Ed. has more than 10 years experience in education, training and development. He received his Master's degree from University of Malaya, specializing in Computers in Education and Instructional Design. He had served in managerial positions in local and multinational corporations, and had experience in developing many professionals by conducting training and development programs. Some of the corporate clients include Apex Pharmacy, Xepa-Soul Pattinson, Keppel Logistics (Singapore), FEM (Brunei), Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Pusat Latihan BDC and the list goes on.
