EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE FOR ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Course Duration 1 Day. Objectives The old notion that IQ is the primary determining faction in personal and organizational success has been superceded by a new understanding. This new understanding is the direct result of a change in human development paradigm in which a person is viewed in his/her totality. Hence, the emotional aspect of human development. Emotional Intelligence and Emotional Management will be the bridging element between organizational visions and resources, and individual ability and aspirations. Organizations of the future and organizations of the K-Economy will have to empower their workers with skills in emotional intelligence and emotional management apart from the other traditional empowering skills.
