EFFECTIVE INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Introduction People in organizations typically spend over 75% of their time in interpersonal situations. Within an organization, interpersonal communication is opened to such situations as working together on a project. In our personal lives, interpersonal communication is opened to such situations as sports events, or parent-child discussions etc. Thus, it is no surprise to find that the root of a large number of organizational problems is poor communication. Improving the interpersonal communication skills of your organization's employees means, improving their attitude and the way they perform their jobs. This, in turn leads to better working environment, teamwork, customer service and productivity. Course Duration 2 Days.
