Introduction

The greatest challenge for any trainer is achieving the objectives and results of the training expected by trainees or management and ensuring that the return on the training dollar is maximized. By using Tony Buzan's concept of mental literacy and learning technique called Mind Mapping, Dr. Stanley of Boeing Aircraft was able to train a team of 100 senior aeronautical engineers to learn in a few weeks what had previously taken a few years. The result was an estimated saving of $11 million for the company.

Since MIND MAP was developed by Tony Buzan 30 years ago, it has beem described as 'the most complete learning aid ever invented'. MIND MAPS are effective because they are designed to work like the brain and involve all the cortical skills of the brain. It offers exciting new way of capturing and using information as well as improving memory, concentration and creativity.
