Introduction

Problem solving and decision making are key functions in a supervisor's day to day activity. Good problem solving skills that are based on proper analysis of the issues at hand will result to sound judgment and lead to effective decision making.

This program will bring participants through a systematic approach towards problem solving techniques and approaches and equip them with the necessary skills that are essential to the decision making process.
