Objectives

This 2 day seminar helps participants to:

  • Understand a paradigm of communicating with people.
  • Understand how to manage people to obtain results.
  • The need to communicate in an assertive manner.
  • Be aware of each person as individuals and their rights.
  • Understand the need for maintaining integrity.
  • Be assertive in giving or receiving criticism.
  • Be assertive when need to confront, persuade or negotiate with others.
  • Develop positive win-win attitudes.
  • Understand the need for corporate team working.

Training Methodology

Throughout the workshop, there is a mix of lectures, role plays and activities, using the Integrative Learning System (ILS) approach to internalise the learning of the program. Technologies used will include Multiple Intelligence, Interactive Learning and the Dunn & Dunn's Learning Styles. EQ (Emotional Intelligence) will be emphasized here.

Resource Person

Irene Choong is a consultant cum trainer. She holds a Bachelor of Art. (Hons.) degree from University of Malaya and accumulated wide experience in management, education, corporate communications, sales & marketing. She was a manager with an Education Consultancy firm responsible for developing marketing & advertising programs, working closely with people from countries like USA, Australia, UK and Switzerland.
