Behavioral Objectives

At the end of the lesson, students will be able to:

1. understand the elements of the story by completing Practice 1 and 2. 2. understand the poem by completing Practice 3.
3. recite the poem aloud with correct tone and pronunciation.

Activities

1. Teacher talks about the overview of the poem briefly.
2. Students are asked to listen to the poem.
3. Students are asked to recite the poem aloud.
4. Teacher explains the literal meaning of the poem to students.
5. Teacher explains the elements of the poem to students.
6. Students are asked to do the practices to test their understanding of the poem.
