Sungang Estate is located in Kunak District Sabah. It has three divisions namely A, B, C with total title hectarage of 3409.04 hectares. Sungang Estate was established in 1989 after it was acquired from Tongkah Plantations with total hectarage of 2801.82 where cocoa was the main crop.

Later in 1st February 1996, 305.22 Golden Hope Agrotech Consultancy Sdn Bhd. Simpang Kunak is a small estate with total ha was acquired from Shoa Land. Hence increase the hectarage of Sungang Estate to 3107.04 ha. There after Sungang Estate acquired Ladang Koko Sg. Limau on 13th December 2000 with total hectarage of 323.33 hectares.

Thus increase the total cultivated hectarage of Sungang Estate to 3430.37 hectares. In 1990's the entire estate was replanted with oil palm which remains until now as a major crop for the estate. Sungang Estate is also managing Simpang Kunak Estate on behalf of Golden Hope Agrotech Consultancy Sdn Bhd. Simpang Kunak is a small estate with total title hectarage of 202.93 having oil palm as the main cultivar.
